I would expect to see these at the outlet stores post haste.. Can't see anybody willing to pay $285 for something they can do with a pair of the $100 selvedge denim that J Crew also sells.. Of course, this makes the drastic leap that the market for paint-stained jeans, whether DIY or the $285 version, is even out there.. I have seen men wearing paint stained jeans, but they have usually been, uh, painting?
