J. Press 25 / 40 / 60 SALE
After a wonderful sushi lunch in the Trad district of Manhattan with FNB, I was encouraged by said webhost to mention the chronological sale in progress at J. Press:
A large number of clothing and furnishing items from prior seasons are 40 to 60% off. This includes sportcoats (some in the fantastic Halstead Cloth) along with a smattering of suits and accessories. Especially good value can be found in the polo shirts, many which are 60 % off. The occasional mini-gingham dress shirt can also be found.
Best to stop by the New York flagship store and feel free to ask for yours truly, David. Or ask for you regular salesperson, as well.
You can always call me at 212.687.7642. It is recommended to ask for specific items since the 40 / 60 stock is mixed in with the 25 % off. Unfortunately, we are out of catalogs (anything from the 2006 Spring/Summer is firmly 25 % off).

Thanks for your inquiries.
The sale will continue until the end of July. There is a possibility it will go over into part of August but nothing official, yet.
The catalog will be mailed mid-August so look out for it. Let me know if you wish to be added to the ever-elusive J. Press catalog list.
To TED: between my two jobs I haven't had as much time to post on AAAC or even FNB except for the occasional satorial tidbit. Hope to engage more in the future.

Received a card for another 40% off Press sale starting Dec. 18. Don't know if you need the card or not. Why all the sales???
I don't think Mr Lean realizes how good he's got it. The Bugger already employs the strength of pounds sterling against the all-weak US dollar, but on top of that, 40% off? He might as well take it all for free.

I have to report that there are A LOT of UK Ivy fans in the U.S. at the moment, Chris H. and members of my own small crew included.
I'm at home giving the net a good pounding being unable to get away.
I don't think we've ever had it so good.
