I think those would be cool with jeans and an odd jacket for after hours. Id like to see better photos of them.

Been wearing hybrid shoes for years now, as with most things you'll have to do some searching for the good stuff but I own a few nice pairs, some with leather soles even. Just an extra casual footwear option really.....

Actually, I prefer the square-toed jobs in photo #2. They look like holy hell, sure, but they just are what they are, which is not dissimilar to a lot of the shoes I see around. The first ones, the wingtips, I find particularly horrible--a sort of a grotesque masquerade, a parody, a travesty of a decent dress shoe.
