Excellent post. It really does put forward the essential elements of worthwhile fiction.
My current magnum oh-pus includes many aspects included there, along with meaningless psuedo-obscure/arcane knowledge/science...fake UFO-ology...aliens...I specialise in 1-D characters (because the pathetic illusion of 'real people' and 'depth' of characterisation must be ditched for once and for all) - cut-ups, mock Vitorian 'voices'...etc. You must be dying to read it. (wink)
