I am not sure what I am more surprised by, the fact that somebody still manufactures double edged razor blades or the fact that there are shaving fora,

That said, did you seriously switch from one of the triple/quad blade setups to the DE and find the DE a closer shave?  That could be enough to convince me to give it a try..

My general experience is to not waste your time reading clothing fora to learn about shaving. Read and post on the shaving fora. It can be a revelation.

It is basically a rehash of the beard prep methods in an old barber's text, and it really works.

If anyone wants to take issue with what pearls of wisdom I have blandly repeated from the shaving guru's, I suggest going over to the B&B to argue it out with Joel and Kyle rather than picking on me. I do warn you that you might as well be posting on FNB to convince everyone to buy Kenneth Cole, however.
