Re: Why has everyone left?

l'll tell ya what Ali, l bet those slackers are on holiday again. wink Those American blokes are always off celebrating something or other. You name it, they celebrate it. What's the holiday this time?   roll  They say the Americans work harder than the English and aussie blokes, but these chaps always seem to be on holidays.

Next thing will be X-mas. Those chaps will have big elaborate dinners. All i'm gonna have is my usual X-mas fare: a carrot and half a dozen pieces of salary. l hate roast dinners and sweets, they taste completely foul mate.

Re: Why has everyone left?

I've kind of wondered the same, Shooey. Things have been kind of moribund around here for the past few days...after the flurry of interest in the goings-on at Cruiserland abated, there has been very little participation here. Not too much for me to "weigh in on." in forum parlance.

Maybe I'll start a thread just to liven things up.

Re: Why has everyone left?

So perhaps we are the die hard?  I have been out of town off and on all week, so haven't had a ton of time to post.. Seems like everytime I post here it is about a new pair of shoes, and I am coming to the conclusion that some of you here are enablers.. lol

One thing I have noticed about FNB in general that I still somewhat enjoy about SF are the WAYWT threads for pictures and to get criticism.  I post pictures relatively regularly over there, and if not for that, may not even post anymore over there at all.. Why no pics?  I know some of them can be horrible and silly, and I particularly loathe the cheesy car shots where everybody takes pictures of their watches to catch the steering wheel emblem or some such, but I find it interesting as well to hear what others think about my choices of attire..

Re: Why has everyone left?

Since practically everyone here is a sock, I suppose the puppetmaster-general is on holiday.

Re: Why has everyone left?

It has always been my impression that most people here do actually have a life outside of the internet. Have you noticed how quiet  this forum gets on Fridays and weekends? I think that's a good thing.

Re: Why has everyone left?

Why does it feel like there are all of 2 actual people registered at FNB?
