LL Bean Double L Classic Fit Cords

What is the fit like on these?  How wide are the leg openings?  I am thinking about buying a couple of pairs but I don't want billowing sails for trousers.  That being said, I don't want corduroy leggings either.

I'll measure mine & post later. They are a really 'classic' cut - Very in the middle.
Well made & well priced too.

Entertainingly the cut has changed over the years... But has remained in the middle as far as I can see. My last pair are a few years old now - I've been buying the Cord Chinos & Jeans since then and so Horace will have more up to date measurements than me.

My oldest still going strong are from '87 - A slightly more tapered cut I notice than later pairs I own.

Much better than Landsend's stuff. IMO.

The fabric too, and the color of the tan, is just right, to my eye.  It's not lux.  Like the English stuff, but it has it's place.  Damn fine cord jeans.  Probably nothing better for the money.  Wish they were "authentic" in the sense of being made in the US, but I'd still "invest".

Cheers,

H.
