is it right that you call them 'The Projects' still? Or does that term have some kind of a racial element?

My thanks to Formby & Jeeves. I don't actually know anything about Council estates. The old Peabody flats in London are the closest thing I know, but even then I only know them as a tourist. Again to me they seemed like places filled with music and a sense of community that I was rather envious of - A typical tourist's view. Had I lived there I might not have romanticised them so much.
