I don't think I have run into many women wearing C&J or Vass. In terms of the market? In my area of the world, I would suspect the Martha Stewart types in Connecticut might find a certain allure, or anybody wishing to project a patrician image.
I can see the loafers and the jodhpurs. Maybe even the Barnwells for an outdoorsy sort of girl. But a woman in bluchers is to be avoided. Indeed, makes me think of Frau Blucher. (Lightning flashes, horses whinny).

I think Cordings used to carry the women's C&J. Maybe they still do. Their bloke's shoes were/are (?) by them anyway. Mr. Jesmond will know best about the chap's shoes.
Gotta say that the above are not the footwear of patrician gentleladies (Sp?) over here. Gucci flats are more the thing. Probably Prada too by now, although I haven't kept up.
Mrs Street wears variations on this theme & she's posher than even my Uncle George was - http://www.profilebrighton.co.uk/products/brown-gucci-loafers

The chelseas and jodpur boots look nice enough...
Carmina's women's line is much nicer.
