I can never guess his age.
And his age is, I think, the key to him.
Sometimes he posts on Andyland. He seems like a Capone, but yet there is a sense of humor or something undefinable that makes him unique.
My comment about his age is that it's his influences that interest me most. What has he taken on board to inform his style & when did he do it? For instance how old was he when Brideshead on TV was so big over here?
I'd love a chat with the chap.
I should not be the one to complain, but his camera-work is dreadful.

"Real deal"--good God! The guy's a total costumer if I ever I saw one!
However, he looks like he is having a lot of fun doing his schtick, and I am never one to begrudge a fellow his harmless fun.
A lot of his clothes fit him very poorly..
his recent post on BBR had coat sleeves down almost to the knuckle!
He looks like the curator of a Victorian museum.
It is probably difficult to pull a bird in those clothes. Or rather hang on to a bird. They are unlikely to rate sock suspenders and combinations.
Still you may find a retro woman that will put up with it. Whalebone corsets, bustles etc. You do not see many of them around though.
Anyway, your man pulls off the huntin', shootin' and fishin' side better than the city stuff, which needs a bit of attention to pass muster.

Who would you be for if Sir Royston fought Dick the WASP?
If he fought Lord Whimsy?
Sir Royston may not be the Fogey of Fogey's, but at least he gives it a red hot go mate. Good on him. Glad he does it. He does a good job of getting the Fogey image across. Maybe there is some real top notch up-and-coming Fogey's that can get some beginning style ideas from Sir Royston's site.

Is he the one that sexual preference was speculated upon on ACAC?
