Scratchy long white thread/hair hanging out of cashmere ?
I have a scarf, 100% cashmere, herringbone woven, and there are many white long threads sticking out of the fabrics.
I noticed that on cashmere blended coats too.
What are these threads ? Dirt that were in the cashmere and that haven't been eliminated during the washing and spining of the cashmere ?
I am worried !

I have the same king of threads in my Locke woolen cap.
Is this dangerous ?
