Shoulders can be sloped or straight, concave or convex, but they should not be sloppy-looking, which, as in the photo, is a result of the total absence of padding.
Since I can't leave anythign alone, I also dislike the high waist on some of the jackets posted. That may have been fine for the old days when men wore pants at their belly buttons (no, really, that's where they wore them). But it certaiinly does nothting for short men.
