Sad news indeed Hank. I was once a fully paid up member of the "Legion of the Cramped" fan club. I adored them. A legendary band with an awesome front man. Believe it or not I have an Ivy related memory of The Cramps. Going to see them at the Hammersmith Palais (1985?) I wore a black woolen lightweight Brooks Bros sports coat recently purchased for £5 in a vintage clothes store in Bristol. Woefully ignorant of its 3/2 button styling a spent about an hour the night before with a steam iron trying to press the lapel back into 'shape'. Oh dear. All the while cursing whichever fool had previously pressed it. One lives and learns! I still have the jacket but never wear it as it feels too big. I was quite happy with loose and slouchy back in the day.
