Crewe, in the 'dancehall' above Burtons on the corner?
And what was its real name, just "The Junction"?
When we did the North West (or is Crewe in the Midlands?) back in the day (80's) we'd go to "The Spin In" record shop nearby for soul for my mate Grey. Mattie Moultrie and all that.
... And that's all I remember about Crewe. Unless Crewe had that pub called 'The Raven' in the middle of nowhere where we scored. Or did I dream that?

... I ought to explain that my chums Patrick and James are antique dealers and that's why we used to go to these places, Warrington & Stoke included. After hours we'd club & whatever.
I couldn't stand it if I thought that any of you ever thought that I was a bit weird...
