Other treats are the really rather touching story of "David from Manchester" on the 'Community' page and a new-ish shot of me in my trademark crucifixion pose which I always adopt when being frisked in clubs. Quite why I'm doing it on the beach is beyond me now...

I was David (my original second name) from Manchester (a place I used to bunk off school to) at the Ivy Shop and so my car crash story appears under that name.

That photo of the guy by Seydou Keita that's on there was the very inspiration for my Senegalese Ivy wearing friend David (yes they do exist) to stump up for a pair of Ratti Persol dictator frames when he had no money for food, just to get the look in the famous image!
Strangely enough he contacted me today about where to get the steve macqueen blue lens folding ones - 15 years on.
