1980's: Tailor on the East Side NY
Greetings. Any elderly members remember a tailor working in the E. 50's back in the early 80's? (Or was it the E. 80's back in the early 50's? My memory...) He was a short black guy, had an upstairs studio and a Great Dane. Thanks for any help.
