Re: A London look

I saw them a few times at The Refectory, Golders Green in 1963. As I remember they were much jazzier than other bands I heard at the time.

^I've also read about Duffy Power in "Dazzling Stranger", a book about Bert Jansch and the British folk and blues revival. Apparently, he started out as a rock'n'roll singer / teen idol, but got deeper to the roots of that stuff later on. Sounds very interesting. Don't know his stuff with the GBO.

- Graham Bond: organ
- John McLaughlin: guitar
- Jack Bruce: bass
- Ginger Baker: drums.

3 songs - the first (I Got A Woman) with vocals by Duffy Power. Recorded July 9, 1963 for a BBC radio broadcast.

Great stuff! Thanks, Chris!
