Unfortunate, but the seeds of doom were always there.

Re: Trad jumps the shark

Didn't they do some kind of safari jacket in Austins' around '61-62?  Be a bit like dressing nautical-fashion: parrot on your shoulder, telescope in the crook of the arm.

No!

Chum,

Appears the OP is just another misguided Canadian (ok,, that was just a joke to get our ol chum TV going without coffee this morning).

At least it did not blossom into a lengthy thread evaluating the virtues of safari jackets.  Me thinks Will has done some pieces on safari jackets.  Perchance the poster should be directed to his blog.

The rambling on about denim is worse in my 'umble opinion.

Cheerio,

Rambling is the word - As if the wearing of denim signifies one jot.

I can hardly wait to break out the pith helmet.

Otter : Take it easy, I'm pre-law.
Boon : I thought you were pre-med.
Otter : What's the difference?

No offence, Alex, and many thanks!  I've seen the Three Stooges in similar get-up...

Re: Trad jumps the shark

Anyway, very sorry to have stirred up more inter-forum crap.  Just had to vent a little.  Back to the clothes.

Drew, I wish you'd post more photos.  You always have great ideas for me to steal--er--appreciate.
