If I may comment, I admire Just Jim's more carefree approach to his style today. I like the more lived in look. When everything is pristine it just looks a bit characterless and as though someone with liitle imagination has just gone out shopping with a wad and bought the whole look off the shelf.
I prefer the slightly used look of a Hemmingway, Kerouac or a Pollock. Too cool to be to prissy.
Good call, Mr. B. Precisely why I'm dubious about blokes wandering into Paul Stuart and chucking their money at Richard Channing. All right, let's say they were making an investment that would last them a lifetime. Most Ivy should if it's well constructed in the first place.
Kerouac was quite a nice dresser in his way.
Nice jacket that, Patrick. And the tie gives a dash of raffish confidence. Mm-hmm.
I'm a fan of the Chucks..all though I like the Jack Purcell's a little more. I am a huge fan of Jim Beam Yellow.
