At RL design, anything up on the inspiration boards that is tagged "J.L. likes" (Jerry Lauren likes) stays up, and I'm sure it's helpful to everyone else to know too-- so they don't go sticking their foot in their mouth. One year they printed up "J.L. likes" t-shirts and wore them around the office as a funny and sentimental joke. The guy is revered, loved and knows his stuff. There is no one like him.

I saw that one. Mort's blog consistently delivers the goods.
I think ol' JL dresses better than his brother. His brother lapses into weird costumey stuff all the time, even though he's got nice elements, separate. Together, not so much.
I don't know about the ol' 2" cuff though. I guess it's okay. Anything more though is not for me. Charlie's cuff's a few days later, with those beaten up Alden tassels totally kill it.

Those are nice khakis. Looks really similar to the Brooks Milano fit oddly enough. Cuffs look fine too. I have come to like 2-inch cuffs here lately but only on wool. All my new chinos remain uncuffed with no break. Maybe it's the skinhead influence. (Will not use a sarcastic emoticon, ever) Weird how these idiosyncrasies develop.

Rather lovely strides those, but Italian shoes! my arse! Saw 12, yes 12!!! different colours/materials of Clarks Desert Boots in Bologna last week. The most Ivy nation on the planet, and they don't even know it.

Yeah those stone khakis are nice, could be Incotex. They do different cuts, but my "comfort chinos" are very similar to those.
