US postal rates in general can be a bit eye-watering, Laird, but Press are pretty approachable via e-mail. I remember sending dollars through the mail - they didn't bat an eyelid.

They don't come cheap. I think I paid about $50 shipping for a shirt, a sweater and a hat. Then I gut stung by customs for about 80 euros.
The shirt fits like a hanglider, the hat looks stupid. An expensive Shaggy Dog it was.
