That is not normal, i've never seen Moreschi's leather that bad on there shoos. That is worn out. Are they supposed to be new or previously owned?

Close examination shows these are discoloration, not scars from the animal's lifetime or physical damage to the tanned leather.
It is either  staining while being tanned or  from some agent after construction, or, it may be a natural pigmentation of the pig. Remember, pigs are very similar to human physiology including dermal
freckling and other conditions.
The real issue is you are not happy with the product.

I don't think this is a pigmentaition issue. It looks like the leather was hurt in the process when the peccary bristles were removed.

They told you all their products exhibit some scarification. Peccarys live in the Americas as a WILD animal. Stuff happens in the wild. Buy a nice flawless pair of calfskin to coordinate with the urban world where the thermostats are all @ 78 degrees and the drinking fountain water runs clear.
