The Kettle Creek Canvas Company was a local outfit that was very successful in the '80s. All their clothing was made from cotton canvas in bright primary colours, so the items last a long time -- these shirts and shorts are at least 18 years old. They underwent a corporate re-structuring in the early 90s, but then went under by '97 or so (as near as I can tell).
The wife and myself are taking the kids to the Niagara Parks Butterfly Conservatory (http://www.niagarafallslive.com/butterfly_conservatory_in_niagara_falls.htm) then to lunch at the Skylon Tower in Niagara Falls -- a very touristy day, eh?
My lovat-green custom-tailored Harris Tweed jacket -- because it's freaking single-digits Celsius out here!
I'll play.
- Merrell Jungle Mocs in beige nubuck
- Cararhtt blue denim jeans
- Blue t-shirt from the British Virgin Islands saying "The beatings will continue until moral improves"
- Filson overshirt in wide wale beige corduroy
- Wool scarf in solid green
Why? Easy super casual outfit to take our little guy to daycare. I'll change later.
Rangoon black and white houndstooth MTM 3 piece - turned up trousers
Lucy Adams blue alumo shirt, two button cuff
Victoria Richards bar striped tie
Watch chain
Birdseye socks in pink and black
AE Lamberts in black
Why? Meeting with two wealthy clients. As soon as I get home it's cord jeans...
(just for Doyle)
