The bargain that sticks in my mind isn't an item of clothing strangely enough. A 60's Pan-Am flight bag in absoloutely mint condition for $1 - and fairly cheap postage from the States too. Opened it up and there inside were a pile of mid 60's flight tickets and used luggage labels. A mini time capsule. Been on many a travel with me now.
