/\ good idea, what year is that Allen-Edmonds ad from?
funny you posted this, just now I located my Brooks Brothers cordovan tassel loafers from years ago, forgot about them for at least four years, was nice to say hello to old friends
the '80s were halcyon years
/\ what a hack job the movie is ... needless to say the book was not something I would read
the Longo pics in Bateman's apartment are telling details though
speaking of David Byrne by the way, I think he might have gotten some of his moves from Longo .....
So cool. I love that cover Stan. I have it up on some old blog post somewhere. You know I loved the bicycle. It is my favorite mode of transportation.
BB & Stan, NBs in both. Spot on.

Speaking of 80s-90s stuff - Duck Head is selling clothes again. No yellow labels though. It all looks fairly anonymous.

The Brooks ad for resort wear used to appear every February (at least in the SF Chronicle, as far as I can recall.) I imagine the ad was appropriate for winter weary gents back east who were headed south for a respite, but out here in the west the ad seemed rather odd.
/\ This is not trivia dept.: Bryce's card was pale nimbus, Paul's was off-white
