I usually miss out on this at festivals because it is a well-regarded stronger ale and I leave strong stuff till the end of a session.
I also had Sambrook Pale Ale and Twickenham Hornet both within the LocAle scheme http://www.camra.org.uk/locale.
Getting fond of this boozer and it is cheap as chips.

Loch Lomond, 21 year old whisky. A seriously underrated distillery with the critics, this is a magnificent rich dram that takes to plenty of water well and has all the quality of Macallans, but not of the kudos. Still, this keep the prices down.

Welton's Top Dog at 1.2%. Yea 1.2%. A bit watery. 2.5% is as low as it goes a good beer.
Also had other beers including Adventure New Frontier at 5.8%

Nothing after 2 nights ago.... 3 large neat Jameson's, 2 shots of navy Rum, a vodka and coke a cocktail called a baby maker and 4 vesper's. All I had for dinner was some french fries at the bar so the kidneys were screaming the next day.

Had some of that myself last night: the Glenfiddich 15 year old. Absolutely first rate and a consistent whisky, a sure winner.
